  • COFFEE RETURNS POLICY:

    1. Right to Cancel

    Under UK law, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

    However: for the types of coffee we sell, certain restrictions apply. Please read carefully.

    2. Exceptions – When the Right to Cancel Does Not Apply

    Due to the nature of coffee as a perishable and/or sealed food product:

    1. Ground Coffee (250g packs)

      • Once the seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned for change of mind.

      • If the pack is unopened and sealed, returns may be considered, subject to return postage costs.

    2. Whole Bean Coffee (250g packs)

      • Unopened packs may be returned within 14 days for change of mind, at the customer’s cost.

      • Once opened, the pack is non-returnable.

    3. Nespresso-Compatible Coffee Pods (250g equivalent packs)

      • For hygiene reasons, pods cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

      • Unopened packs may be returned for change of mind, with the customer paying return postage.

    4. Custom or made-to-order coffee (if applicable in the future)

      • Any coffee ground to a specific customer request cannot be returned once production has started.

    3. Returns & Refunds for Eligible Items

    If your item is eligible for return (i.e., unopened):

    • You must return it within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation

    • You are responsible for the cost of return postage

    • We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return)

    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

    4. Exchanges

    We are happy to offer an exchange as an alternative to a refund for unopened packs (ground, whole bean, or pods), subject to stock availability.
    Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

    5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

    • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.

    • Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

    6. How to Return Items

    1. Notify us via email with your order number and reason for return/exchange

    2. Pack the coffee securely in its original packaging

    3. Send it to the address we provide, using a tracked postage method (cost borne by the customer for change-of-mind returns)

    7. Important Notes

    • Always check your order on delivery and keep the packaging intact if you might want to return it

    • Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and perishable nature

    • This policy applies to all standard 250g packs of ground coffee, whole beans, and Nespresso-compatible pods

    T-SHIRT RETURNS:

    T-Shirt Returns & Cancellation Policy

    1. Right to Cancel

    Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your online t-shirt order within 14 days of receiving the items.

    To cancel, notify us in writing (for example, by email) within this period.

    2. Returns for Change of Mind

    If you wish to return t-shirts for a change of mind:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging

    • You are responsible for return postage costs

    • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation

    Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund within 14 days using your original payment method.

    3. Exchanges

    We are happy to offer an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
    To arrange an exchange, please contact us with your order number and requested size or style.

    4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If your t-shirt is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

    • Contact us as soon as possible

    • We will provide a replacement or full refund

    • We will cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items

    Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

    5. How to Return Items

    1. Notify us via email with your order number and reason for return/exchange

    2. Pack the t-shirt(s) securely in their original packaging

    3. Send it to the address provided

    6. Important Notes

    • Refunds are only issued for items returned in original condition

    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

    • For change-of-mind returns, postage costs are borne by the customer

    WELLNESS EVENT TICKET POLICY:

    Important: Please read this policy before purchasing tickets.

    1. Non-Refundable Tickets
    All tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.

    2. Transfers / Name Changes
    Tickets may be transferred to another person if you cannot attend.

    • Contact us at sophie@therungirlrunclub.com  with the full name of the replacement attendee.

    • Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the event.

    3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

    • If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

    • If an event is postponed, you can attend on the rescheduled date, or request a full refund if you cannot attend. Refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

    4. Faulty or Invalid Tickets
    If your ticket is invalid, mis-sold, or damaged, contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or a refund.

    1. Eligibility
    This offer is available to new customers making their first purchase on therungirlrunclub.com.
    Customers must create an account and/or provide a valid email address to qualify.

    2. Discount Details

    We reserve the right to cancel orders or revoke the discount if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
