POWER YOGA & SOUND BATH JOURNEY 6pm- 8:30pm
We’ll begin with a 45-minute power vinyasa flow—linking breath to movement to build heat, strength, and focus. Expect a steady, energising practice with core work, finishing with a slower stretch to soften, lengthen, and ground the body.
After a 30 minute break, we’ll move into a restorative sound journey. Using gongs, singing bowls, and chimes, Alice will guide you into deep rest—helping the nervous system unwind and creating space for stillness, clarity, and balance.
6pm: 45 minutes power yoga
INBETWEEN: Drinks (kombucha, soft drinks, herbal teas) + Healthy Snacks
7:15pm: 45 minutes sound bath

Please wear grippy socks on the mat. (Socks available to buy at venue).
We recommend you bring your own jumpers, blankets and pillow for the sound bath session so as not to feel cold during the sound bath.
