Hey, Newport! Our women’s only run club is launching on Sunday 8th March! We’ve designed the club to be welcoming, supportive and pressure-free. We will aim for a 5km run at a social pace, but we go with the flow depending on the turnout. This is about showing up as you are, moving at your own pace, going your own distance and finishing with good chats and a real sense of community. No competition, no judgement — just fresh air, feel-good movement and a space for women to connect, reset and build confidence together.
